Once logged into your customer section, select the cart icon in the top right hand side.Then scroll down and select either Cloud Linux (Reseller) or Cloud Windows (Reseller)
The once-off payment fee is required to activate the reseller account and enable orders to be placed from the range of reseller products.
After the first successful order of any reseller product, it will then be automatically activated. The first invoice will only be sent on the 1st of the following month and will be payable on presentation. All the reseller products are being invoiced in arrears – this means the product is used first and then paid for later. This method of billing will continue for every billing period.
The reseller discount will be automatically applied to the reseller invoice for every billing period.
Simply put, a reseller buys products (usually at a discounted price) and marks them up by a bit in order to make a profit. VPS resellers are exactly the same, with the only difference being that they focus on selling VPS and cloud-based products.
Becoming a reseller in Ghana means opening yourself up to many opportunities within the hosting industry. Using VPS hosting reselling as an example, you’ll want to source your products at a discounted price. This goes for any form of reselling.
But it takes more than just acquiring a product and marking it up. You need to add some value to make it worth-while, and describe the value you add creatively. Reselling in the hosting industry is an untapped market in Ghana, so options like cloud, domain, and web hosting reselling are all viable opportunities.
The first thing you’ll need to do is find a supplier (we’d choose ourselves if we were you). After that, decide on the sales channel you’re going to use and start marketing your offerings. This can be to current customers as a value add to your own offerings, or completely new clients.
